First of all, the house is impressive for its expressive château-style architecture, even though it is eclectic. Because of this you can see that it was built in our time.

The powerful pediment with columns on two floors is a clear reference to Palladio.

The contrasts are supported by the rusticated walls and this makes the «gulliver's» facade seem organic.
