Review :
Here's an inexpensive finish to a modern home, as I wrote about in a blog post. Although we're looking at the facades, we should note the rationality of the architecture itself. The site is compact, with all recreational areas adjacent or part of the house. The house is more suitable for warm regions.

Planken is not the highest grade, some of the boards are burned or coated with dark oil. Even if the wood on the facade is not actively cared for, it will approximate the appearance of the thermal planks of the catwalk. 3
Part of the walls are decorated with even cheaper small-section timber with a gap. Such a simple variation of the same technology, complements the facade with the right details. To ensure that we do not see anything unnecessary in the gaps between the planken, the wall can be painted black or use insulation with a laminated membrane in black. 4
The glazing is conventional, framed, with metallized painting.5
What draws attention is the absence of a podium fence.6
Triplex barrier on profile or clamping points. Without handrail so as not to obstruct the view from inside.7
