This house combines classic and wood stucco. It can be a good style reference when you want to do Victorian-style latticework.2
The cornice and brackets are muted relative to the rest of the decor, probably to camouflage the attic floor as much as possible.3
The color of the bricks is one of the most prosaic - "brick," but the walls have a fresh pink hue, thanks to light embossing and a very muted color of the decors, as well as the gray roof. The color of the grouting mortar echoes the color of the stucco.4
Such narrow windows are rare nowadays, they require a special form of transoms with a vertical cleavage. The color of the frames and doors is interesting - a deep green-blue. According to one of the surveys, this is "the favorite color of mankind" - Marrs Green.5
The window radii are different on the first and second floor.6
On the enclosing narrow terrace, they abandoned the fence, but made a semblance of a fence below, in the bars covering the basement. This method allowed us to make the lower floor visually a little higher than it actually is. Facade #3437 from Archi.Capital base.
