This house combines classical stucco with wood. It's a good style reference when you want Victorian-style latticework.2
The cornice and brackets are muted relative to the rest of the trim, probably to disguise the attic floor as much as possible.3
The brick color is about as ordinary as it gets, plain "brick," yet the walls read as a fresh pink thanks to the light texture, the very muted trim color, and the gray roof. The grout color echoes the stucco.4
Windows this narrow are rare today; they call for a special transom shape with a vertical split. The color of the frames and doors is striking, a deep blue-green. One survey called it "humanity's favorite color": Marrs Green.5
The window radii differ between the first and second floors.6
On the narrow perimeter terrace they skipped the railing, but added a suggestion of one below, in the slats covering the basement. The trick makes the lower floor look a little taller than it really is.Facade #3437 from Archi.Capital base.
