#5276. Elegant Beaux-Arts Mansion with Brick Facade and Classical Proportions

The building depicted in the photograph is an excellent example of classical urban architecture in the Beaux-Arts style. The facade is constructed of red brick with contrasting light limestone elements, creating an exquisite two-tone composition.

This three-story symmetrical structure is crowned with a mansard roof covered in slate tiles and decorated with ornamental dormer windows. Particularly notable are the two brick chimneys flanking the central axis of the building. The facade features clear horizontal articulation: the basement level is clad in light stone, the main section in brick, while the composition is completed with a projecting cornice.

The window openings on the second and third floors are designed in a classical manner, with a precise rhythm and light-colored frames. The dormer windows are adorned with decorative pediments, adding sophistication to the building. The central entrance is accentuated by a small porch and framed by wrought iron fence elements.

The area in front of the mansion is landscaped with trimmed hedges and an elegant metal fence, emphasizing the building's status and creating a transition between the urban space and private property.
