Yellow Baroque Façade with Decorative Stucco Cartouche and Mansard Roof

#2602. Yellow Baroque Façade with Decorative Stucco Cartouche and Mansard Roof

Before us stands an expressive example of Baroque or Neo-Baroque architecture with a characteristic yellow façade. The building demonstrates typical Baroque elements: a curved pediment with lavish stucco decoration in the central part and an asymmetrical roof with a small lantern tower topped with a spire.

The façade is painted in a warm yellow color, which effectively contrasts with the dark ceramic tile roofing. Particularly striking is the rich white stucco framing above the central windows of the second floor, forming a decorative cartouche with intricate volutes. The windows are placed symmetrically, giving the building a sense of balance despite the dynamic Baroque styling.

The façade demonstrates a clear vertical composition with rhythmic arrangement of window openings. Beneath the second-floor windows, one can notice decorative elements resembling pendants, which enhances the plasticity of the façade. The crowning cornice and mansard roof with its characteristic curve complete the architectural ensemble, giving the building both monumentality and elegance.

We design facades of country houses.
