Cozy country cottage with a harmonious beige facade

#10064. Cozy country cottage with a harmonious beige facade

Before us is an excellent example of a modern country cottage in the English country style. The facade demonstrates a harmonious combination of traditional elements and contemporary details. The main volume of the building is finished in a light beige shade, which contrasts beautifully with the brown tiled roof and brick plinth.

The symmetrical composition of the facade is emphasized by two gabled windows on the roof and evenly distributed window openings on the first floor. The central entrance is accentuated by a wooden porch with a gabled roof and a substantial wooden door, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The brick chimney adds a vertical accent to the overall composition.

Particular attention is drawn to the well-thought-out details of the facade: dark rainwater pipes contrasting with the light wall; brickwork at the lower part of the building, giving solidity to the structure; a small dormer window providing natural light to the attic space. The attached extension on the right harmoniously complements the main volume without disrupting the overall style.

This house demonstrates several techniques that can be used when designing your own facade: contrasting combination of materials and colors to create visual interest; symmetry to provide classical balance; accentuation of the entrance area with a canopy or portico; use of quality natural materials (wood, brick) to add authenticity. The thoughtful landscaping and paving around the house also play an important role in creating a holistic architectural appearance.

Our studio creates a new image of the country house including facades and interiors.
