This project demonstrates bold work with volume and a rich palette of materials. The dominant feature is a complex, dynamic roof with asymmetrical slopes and deep overhangs, which not only forms an expressive silhouette but also provides shade, which is important in hot climates. The architects actively use contrasting textures: warm vertical wooden slats create a rhythmic pattern and visually lighten the massive volumes of the upper levels. They are contrasted with smooth, neutral gray-beige panels and a brutal base of jagged stone. This play of materials gives the facade depth and tactile richness. The facade's plasticity is complex: volumes protrude and recede, creating an interesting play of light and shadow during the day. The clear division between the massive, “grown into” relief base and the lighter, more dynamic upper part of the facade is noteworthy. and the lighter, more dynamic upper floors.

A strong base of dark jagged stone visually “grounds” the building and integrates it into the landscape. The dark metal garage volume is seamlessly integrated into it, making it less visible and supporting the overall monumentality of the lower part of the house.

The vertical wood lath sets the basic rhythm and texture of the upper volumes. Deep roof overhangs, also lined with wood, not only protect from sun and precipitation, but also create cozy, shaded spaces for balconies and terraces, strengthening the connection between the interior and the exterior.

The fragmentary use of different materials (smooth panels, light ribbed cladding, wood, stone) in the entrance area creates layering and visually accentuates this important part of the house. The complex geometry and the difference in textures attract attention and invite entry.
