The presented building is an excellent example of a modern interpretation of classical architecture with pronounced neo-Gothic elements. The central feature of the facade composition is the symmetrical arrangement of two projecting bay windows with hexagonal forms and pointed roofs, which give the structure elegance and visual rhythm.
The facade is finished in a light shade of stucco, which effectively contrasts with the dark elements of the roof and window frames. Particularly noteworthy are the crisp lines of black cornices and trim around the windows, creating an expressive graphic effect. The central entrance is framed by a small porch with a wide staircase leading to a front door with a glass insert.
The roof of the building is designed as several pointed gables, which enhances the vertical dynamics of the composition and emphasizes the neo-Gothic motifs. Window openings of various sizes create an interesting rhythmic structure while maintaining the overall harmony of the facade. The landscaping with neatly trimmed thujas on both sides of the porch and floral compositions in planters adds sophistication to the overall appearance of the residence.
