Before us is an exquisite entrance portal executed in an eclectic style with elements of Art Nouveau and Eastern motifs. The doorway represents a specimen of meticulous decorative work from the early 20th century. The door itself is massive, wooden, dark in color, with four panels and small glazed sections in the upper part, typical of bourgeois architecture of the period.
Of particular note is the mosaic framing of the entrance. The door portal is adorned with magnificent mosaic work predominately in deep blue and golden hues. Above the entrance is a semicircular arch with a decorative mosaic panel, divided in the center by a stone element bearing the house number "4". The mosaic ornament is symmetrical and contains stylized plant motifs resembling lotus flowers or palmettes, as well as elegant curls in the Art Nouveau style.
The building's facade is constructed of natural stone of irregular shape, creating an interesting contrast with the ordered decorative finish of the entrance. The architrave above the door is decorated with blue ceramic tiles arranged in a serrated pattern, creating an additional rhythmic accent. The combination of the rough texture of the wall with the exquisite mosaic demonstrates the architect's mastery in playing with contrasts and textures.
