This facade represents an excellent example of early 20th century architecture combining Art Nouveau elements with neoclassical motifs. The building is painted in warm peach-ochre tones with contrasting cream decorative elements, creating a harmonious color composition.
Particular attention is drawn to the two symmetrical bay windows on the second and third floors, forming a figured facade line. They are adorned with elegant windows featuring fine glazing divisions and decorative cross-shaped inserts between floors. The upper part of the building is crowned with a richly decorated cornice featuring a series of brackets and ornamental elements resembling lion masks.
The central entrance is designed as an arched portal with a small lamp, giving the building intimacy and coziness. The lower floor is executed in a more restrained manner with rectangular windows framed by simple casings. Despite its compact size, the building demonstrates high craftsmanship in the elaboration of details and proportions, making it an expressive element of the urban environment.
