This impressive image captures the interior of an Art Nouveau style building with expressive mosaic decoration. Before us is a magnificent example of the synthesis of architecture and decorative art, characteristic of the late 19th - early 20th century.
The central part of the composition is an exquisite mosaic panel on a white wall, executed in bright blue, light blue, golden, and green tones. The mosaic forms a complex vertical ornament with flowing curves and floral motifs reminiscent of Catalan Art Nouveau style. On both sides are symmetrical green window openings with wooden frames, also bordered by green decorative elements.
The architectural solution includes an unusual combination of colors: the dominant mint-green color of the window frames contrasts with the bright blue and golden mosaic. The windows are decorated with blue stained glass, which complements the overall color scheme. At the top of the composition, a circular light opening (presumably a dome) can be seen, framed by a mosaic pattern.
This work demonstrates a virtuoso command of mosaic technique, characteristic of Art Nouveau architecture, where every detail is thoughtfully designed and forms part of a holistic artistic concept. Such decoration of the facade and interior indicates the influence of masters like Antoni Gaudí or other representatives of Catalan Modernism.
