Decorative Facade Window Frame with Terracotta and White Rusticated Border

#4577. Decorative Facade Window Frame with Terracotta and White Rusticated Border

The image showcases a magnificent architectural window frame in the Russian neoclassical style with elements of Renaissance motifs. The window opening is set against a terracotta wall, creating a striking contrast between the rich orange-brown background of the facade and the light decorative framing.

The window is framed by an exquisite white casing with a characteristic stylized arched shape at the top. Particularly noteworthy is the alternation of white elements and terracotta inserts along the sides of the casing, creating a rhythmic rusticated pattern. The upper part is designed as a semicircular completion with a triangular pediment.

The decorative design of the window frame includes geometric ornamentation in the form of a zigzag pattern (chevrons) along the inner part of the frame, as well as triangular elements in the upper semicircular section. In the center of the semicircle, there is a square niche with decorative elements, which adds additional depth and volume to the entire composition.

The window filling consists of a wooden frame with a cross-diamond pattern, executed in brown tones, behind which the dark interior space is visible. This style of stained glass division is characteristic of traditional architecture and emphasizes the historical authenticity of the building.
