#4152. Neoclassical Mansion with Elegant Façade and Green Shutters

Before us stands a magnificent example of neoclassical architecture – an elegant mansion with distinctive Federal and Palladian features. The façade is executed in soft beige-brown tones with contrasting white architectural elements, creating a refined color composition.

The central part of the façade is accentuated by a portico with white classical order columns supporting a semicircular balcony with an elegant balustrade. Above the main entrance is a semi-circular transom with fan-shaped glazing – a characteristic element of the Federal style. The symmetrical arrangement of windows with vibrant green shutters gives the building a harmonious, balanced appearance.

The second floor is crowned with a decorative parapet-balustrade and adorned with oval windows featuring radial glazing patterns. Of particular interest are the architectural details – stucco garlands beneath some windows, frontal balustrades, and an elegant cornice framing the upper line of the façade. The site layout with a driveway and symmetrical landscape elements emphasizes the classical composition of the ensemble.
