#2658. Refined Neoclassical Facade with Decorative Wrought Iron Portal

Before us is an elegant entrance portal executed in a refined neoclassical style with romantic Art Nouveau elements. The central accent of the facade is a luxurious wooden double door made of polished dark wood, crowned with a semi-circular transom window displaying the number "14". The portal is given special expressiveness by a decorative wrought iron triangular canopy with graceful curls and ornamental finial.

The building facade is painted in a noble cream color, effectively contrasting with the dark brown door and black wrought iron elements. On both sides of the entrance are symmetrically placed arched windows with elegant grilles adorned with floral ornaments. Stylized wall sconces with decorative brackets complete the composition, supporting the overall aesthetic of the facade.

The grand staircase with gradually widening steps and graceful wrought iron railings creates a sense of ceremony. The decorative finish of the upper part of the facade includes carved panels with a floral pattern, emphasizing the building's status. The architectural composition is complemented by elegant landscaping: a compact trimmed shrub in a contemporary minimalist planter at the entrance and climbing plants at the base of the staircase, softening the strictness of the architectural forms.
