#2312. Elegant Neo-Gothic facade with characteristic gabled pediments and arcade

The building presented is an excellent example of eclectic architecture with distinct Neo-Gothic elements. The facade is made of light-colored stone, giving the structure a noble and monumental appearance. Particularly noteworthy are the characteristic gabled pediments on the side risalits, adorned with stepped elements and circular rose windows, typical of the Neo-Gothic style.

The central part of the building features rhythmically arranged arched windows with green shutters, creating a harmonious visual composition. The upper tier of the central section is decorated with a decorative arcade, accentuated by a terracotta tile roof with a patinated copper cornice. The combination of rectangular windows on the lower floors with arched elements on the upper tier creates an interesting rhythmic contrast.

The corner turrets with pointed roofs add vertical dynamics and serve as architectural accents, balancing the horizontal expanse of the facade. The decorative details, including stone carvings and architectural elements framing the windows, demonstrate high craftsmanship and attention to detail characteristic of late 19th to early 20th century architecture.

Our studio creates a new image of the country house including facades and interiors.
