1
The house confidently combines modernity and tactility. There is no unnecessary decor here — clean forms, materials, and light do all the work. The voluminous composition works on contrast — massive monolithic concrete blocks are combined with light wooden inserts. This creates a rhythm of heavy and airy.
2
The perforated wall on the right is a strong accent. The geometric pattern transforms a blank surface into lace, allowing light to pass through and adding graphic interest. This is a classic modernist technique, but here it also serves to enhance privacy.
3
The cantilevered projections of the second floor emphasize horizontality. The house seems to float above the plot. This effect is enhanced by the deep, dark shadows under the canopies.
4
The exposed concrete texture is an honest material without embellishment. The traces of formwork are visible, adding tactility. Brutalism in a modern interpretation, but not aggressive.
5
Wooden slats on the fence and parts of the facade soften the concrete's severity. The vertical rhythm of the slats contrasts with the horizontal lines of the canopies.
