1
An example of a distinguished country residence with a modern take on the classical style. The villa's architecture rests on strict symmetry, clear proportions, and elegant restraint, creating an image of harmony and status. The central axis is emphasized by the risalit (the projecting central section), the main entrance opening onto the terrace, the large arched second-floor window, and the shaped attic.
2
The house is finished in light tones (ivory and beige), which keep it visually light and elegant despite its imposing size. Contrast comes from the dark window frames and roof.
3
The projecting central section of the facade (the risalit) is the main focal point. It is emphasized by richer detailing and large windows and crowned by an expressive sculptural attic with a shell motif that nods to the Baroque and Neoclassical styles.
4
The architect uses windows of varying shapes and sizes but keeps them subordinate to an overall symmetry and classical proportions. Large panoramic windows on the first floor and the central window on the second bring in an abundance of light, while the side windows are arched or set in classical rectangular frames. Dark frames give the windows a contemporary feel.
5
The facade is dressed with restrained classical details: rustication (imitation masonry) on the corners of the risalit and the sides, profiled window surrounds, cornices, and sculptural elements on the attic and side parapets.
6
A central staircase provides a seamless transition from the interior to the grounds, while urn planters and symmetrically planted arborvitae reinforce the classical sense of order.
