Review :
1
An example of a respectable country residence with a modern interpretation of the classic style. The architecture of the villa is based on the principles of strict symmetry, clear proportions and elegant restraint, creating an image of harmony and status. The central axis is emphasized by the risalite (protruding part of the building), the main entrance/exit to the terrace, the large arched window of the second floor and the shaped attic.
2
The house is done in light colors (ivory, beige), making it visually light and elegant despite its imposing size. The contrast is created by the dark window frames and roof.
3
The central projecting part of the facade (the risalite) is the main accent. It is emphasized by more complex plasticity, large windows and is completed by an expressive figurative attic with a “shell” element, which refers to the Baroque or Neoclassical styles.
4
The architect uses windows of different shapes and sizes, but subordinates them to a common symmetry and classical proportions. The large panoramic windows on the first floor and the central window on the second floor provide an abundance of light, while the side windows are arched or have classical rectangular frames. Dark frames give the windows a contemporary feel.
5
The façade is decorated with restrained classical details: rustication (imitation masonry) on the corners of the risalite and sides, profiled window frames, cornices, and figural elements on the attic and side parapets.
6
A central staircase provides a seamless transition from interior to landscape, while flower vases and symmetrically planted thuas emphasize classical order.
