Two-story house with combined brick and stucco facade and asymmetrical roof

#9761. Two-story house with combined brick and stucco facade and asymmetrical roof

This modern house exemplifies a harmonious combination of various facade materials and architectural volumes. The main structure is built with warm orange-beige brick, creating a sense of solidity and warmth. The secondary volume on the left side is finished with smooth neutral beige stucco, establishing an interesting contrast of textures.

The facade features an asymmetrical composition with dynamic sloped roofs of varying heights, covered with dark metal roofing. This asymmetry gives the building a contemporary character and visual interest. Window openings of different sizes and placements add rhythm to the facade, while the dark window frames contrast with the main finishing materials.

Notable is the building's integration into the surrounding landscape: a preserved tall pine tree next to the house emphasizes the connection with nature, while the background of green hills creates a picturesque context. The entrance area and terrace are made of gray concrete, creating a smooth transition from the structure to the well-maintained lawn with elements of landscape design.

In designing your own house facade, several techniques from this project could be adopted: combining different finishing materials to create textural contrasts; using asymmetrical composition of volumes for a dynamic image; dark roofing as a unifying element for different parts of the building; large windows for good lighting and connection with surroundings; preservation of existing vegetation for organic integration into the environment.
