The architectural solution presented demonstrates an expressive modern approach to living space, dominated by a dynamic roof form with a characteristic V-shaped break. The building's facade represents a harmonious combination of various materials - metal cladding with horizontal lamellae, wooden structural elements, and extensive glazing, creating an expressive interplay of textures.

Of particular note is the roofing solution with wooden slats that serve not only a decorative but also a functional role, creating natural shading and emphasizing the building's geometry. The metal cladding of the lateral parts of the facade contrasts with the warm wooden tones, giving the house a contemporary industrial character.

The open terrace with wooden decking organically expands the interior space, creating a smooth transition between interior and exterior. The architect masterfully used the technique of "dissolving boundaries" between internal and external space through the panoramic glazing of the first floor.
