The photograph captures an elegant Art Nouveau façade dated 1910, as evidenced by the decorative inscription in the center of the composition. The upper part of the building is adorned with magnificent architectural elements characteristic of the early 20th century. Particularly notable are three symmetrically placed fan-shaped finials with decorative elements executed in light-colored stone.
The central part of the façade is decorated with an exquisite ornament of red-terracotta elements — laurel garlands and wreaths frame the construction date. The stucco decoration is richly represented by shell-like motifs typical of Art Nouveau, and floral elements. Vertical divisions are adorned with red lines, creating a rhythmic contrast with the main light tone of the façade.
The condition of the façade shows some signs of age — cracks and traces of time are visible, however, this does not diminish the architectural value of this example of urban Art Nouveau from the beginning of the last century, which has preserved much of its original appearance and decorative design.
