This modern duplex is a striking example of combining industrial aesthetics with warm natural materials. The building's facade features a minimalist design with a clear geometric division between upper and lower levels.
The ground floor showcases skilful use of natural stone – a slate wall creates a textural contrast with smooth white surfaces. Warm wooden panels in a teak-like finish are used for both entrance doors and sliding elements on both floors, bringing organic warmth to the contemporary composition.
The cantilevered dark metal canopy deserves special attention as it visually unites both parts of the duplex, creating a sheltered space in front of the entrance while adding a horizontal accent to the facade. Large glass surfaces ensure natural lighting and visual connection between interior and exterior.
The landscaped area with minimalist design complements the architectural solution – concrete slabs separated by strips of lawn form a functional driveway zone, while the central element with a plant emphasizes the symmetry of the composition.
The upper floor, clad in white plaster, visually floats above the stone base of the first floor, while the rhythmic alternation of wooden panels and white surfaces creates a dynamic facade that, despite its modern minimalism, looks warm and welcoming.
