Facade Dualism: Concrete Minimalism with Stone Texture

#7801. Facade Dualism: Concrete Minimalism with Stone Texture

The architectural object presented demonstrates a striking example of contemporary minimalism with clearly defined geometric forms. The building's facade is characterized by an interesting combination of materials and textures: smooth light gray walls of the main volume contrast with the rough texture of stone masonry on the right side of the structure.

Compositionally, the facade is divided into several volumes of different heights, creating a dynamic silhouette. Particularly notable is the protruding concrete canopy above the glass front of the first floor, which serves not only as a functional element providing protection from the sun but also as an important architectural accent. Large panoramic windows on the first level blur the boundary between interior and exterior space, ensuring a visual connection with the surrounding landscape.

The chimney pipes protruding above the stone part of the facade serve as a vertical accent, giving the building industrial notes. Overall, the architecture represents a successful synthesis of brutal concrete surfaces, natural stone, and lightweight glass elements, forming an expressive facade plasticity emphasized by the interplay of light and shadow.
