Before us is a two-story private residence in a modern tropical style with elements of Asian architecture. The structure features a balanced asymmetry and an interesting combination of textures on the facade. The left part of the building is finished with gray-blue stone cladding, giving the construction visual stability and solidity. The right side of the facade is executed in light stucco, creating a pleasing contrast with the stone section.
The roof of the left wing is designed in a traditional pitched form with tile covering and noticeable eaves, which references the architectural traditions of Southeast Asia. The right wing has a flat roof with a contemporary minimalist parapet, demonstrating a harmonious combination of traditional and modern architectural solutions.
The facade is rich with glazing: large windows in wooden frames of a brown hue ensure good insolation of the interior spaces. On the second floor, there is an open balcony with simple geometric metal railings and a striped awning, adding a touch of resort style. The lower terrace is designed in the same style with wooden elements.
The building is surrounded by a carefully planned landscape with palm trees, ornamental shrubs, and a well-maintained lawn, emphasizing the status of the structure and creating the impression of an oasis. Vertical architectural lines are accentuated by tall palm trees, while smaller plants soften the transition between the building and its environment.
