#7455. Symmetrical Neoclassical Façade: Elegance of Stone and Proportion

This elegant mansion exemplifies neoclassical architecture with its expressive symmetrical façade. The main façade is clad in light-colored natural stone, creating a noble contrast with the dark roof and surrounding greenery.

The building features clean geometric forms and a symmetrical composition. Massive stone columns with decorative elements are positioned on both sides of the façade, supporting projecting overhangs. The central part of the façade is accentuated by a triangular pediment and an elegant entrance portal with French doors framed by windows on each side.

Particularly noteworthy are two tall chimneys, designed as stone turrets with decorative finials, which give the building's silhouette a vertical rhythm. The façade is enriched with finely crafted details: cornices, stone rustication at the corners, decorative urns, and a wrought iron lamp at the entrance.

The landscape design harmoniously complements the architecture: a circular composition of paved pathways and low-growing plants in front of the house creates an impressive approach to the building, while the preserved mature tree adds natural authenticity and scale to the space.
