#7446. Geometric Facade: Mansion with Checkered Ornament and Blue Medallions

This mansion represents an excellent example of decorative architecture from the early 20th century, likely in Art Nouveau or Secession style with regional influences. The building's facade is distinguished by rich ornamental decoration built on the contrast of geometric forms.

The two-story building has a symmetrical facade composition with a clear rhythm of window openings. The wall cladding with a checkered geometric pattern in beige and brown tones on the upper floor adds particular expressiveness. The lower floor is decorated with more regular masonry featuring a small square relief pattern.

The facade is adorned with circular blue medallions between the windows of the upper floor, creating rhythmic accents. Windows are framed with decorative casings. The roof is sloped, reddish-brown in color with several chimneys.
