Multicolored Brick Facade: Historical Aesthetics with Modern Elements

#7311. Multicolored Brick Facade: Historical Aesthetics with Modern Elements

This building is a small single-story brick structure featuring characteristic elements of historical architecture. The facade is executed in multicolored brickwork, where dark burgundy and black bricks create an expressive geometric pattern. Particularly noteworthy are the horizontal decorative bands of contrasting brick shades that segment the facade and give it a rhythmic structure.

The central part of the facade is accentuated by a stepped parapet, which lends the building features of Art Deco or late Modern style. The main entrance is framed by a white portal with an awning supported by ornate metal columns with delicate ornamentation. A small porch with white railings leads to the entrance, harmonizing with the overall color scheme of the facade.

The window openings are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the entrance and feature decorative glazing in the upper section, referencing traditions of stained glass artistry. The building's foundation is made of light concrete blocks, creating a visual base for the brickwork above. Despite its compact size, the building demonstrates attention to architectural detail and represents an example of quality urban construction from the early-to-mid 20th century with contemporary restoration elements.
