#7087. Majestic Neoclassical Facade with Arched Windows and Columns

Before us stands an impressive example of colonial architecture with classical elements, harmoniously combining grandeur and elegance. The facade presents a masterful execution of neoclassical style, enriched with elements of European architectural tradition.

The facade is clad in light-colored stone with decorative brick inserts, creating an exquisite color contrast. Particularly eye-catching are the semi-circular arched windows on the first floor, giving the building nobility and rhythm. The central entrance is accentuated by classical columns supporting the second-floor balcony with skillfully crafted balustrades.

The upper floors of the facade are adorned with geometric patterns on balcony railings, adding a distinctive individuality to the building. The red tiled roof with chimneys completes the composition, giving the structure completeness and a traditional appearance against the backdrop of a modern glass skyscraper visible in the background.

When designing the facade of a private home, several techniques from this building can be adopted: symmetrical window placement, use of arched elements to add nobility, combination of different materials to create textural contrast, and the application of decorative balustrades and columns to add classical charm.
