Before us is an excellent example of Art Deco architecture with neoclassical elements. The facade demonstrates the geometric forms and decorative elements characteristic of this style. Particularly expressive is the central part with a semicircular metal canopy over the entrance, adorned with elegant Art Deco patterns featuring wave-like motifs.
The upper part of the facade is faced with light yellowish brick, creating a warm and noble appearance. The architectural composition is distinguished by symmetry — identical decorative elements are positioned on both sides of the central entrance, including carved ornaments on stone blocks. The second-floor windows have octagonal tops with sun-like ornaments typical of the Art Deco style.
The lower part of the facade is made of light stone with clean geometric masonry, giving the building solidity and monumentality. The decorative emblems positioned symmetrically on the facade are interesting features that add individuality and character to the building.
When designing a private home facade, one can borrow some elements of this style: symmetrical composition, combination of different textures (brick and stone), use of geometric ornaments, and an expressive entrance design. Even a small canopy stylized in Art Deco can become a bright accent for a private home.
