#6709. Majestic Neoclassical Facade: Symmetry, Central Bay Window and Decorative Elements

Before us stands an elegant three-story building executed in a neoclassical style with neo-Gothic elements. The facade is clad in light gray stone and displays a symmetrical composition with an expressive central projection. Particular attention is drawn to the central part of the facade with its semicircular bay window, crowned by a decorative pediment.

The central entrance is designed as an arched portal with classical pilasters, creating a sense of solemnity. Above the entrance sits rich sculptural decoration with heraldic motifs. The window openings are rectangular on the first and third floors, while on the second floor of the bay window they acquire semicircular tops, giving the facade rhythm and visual interest.

The upper part of the building is adorned with an elegant parapet featuring a balustrade and decorative elements along the roof edges. Also notable are the ornamental urns on pedestals flanking the approach to the main entrance, which emphasize the building's representative character. Green plantings on both sides of the entrance harmoniously complement the architectural ensemble, softening the austerity of the stone facade.
