Brick mansion with contrasting white facade decoration and panoramic veranda

#6567. Brick mansion with contrasting white facade decoration and panoramic veranda

The presented private house demonstrates an interesting combination of traditional architecture with modern elements. The facade is made of dark brown brick, which creates a solid and substantial image. Particularly expressive are the pointed gables of the roof with white wooden trim, which provide a striking contrast to the main wall material.

The main facade attracts attention with its asymmetrical composition and variety of window openings. On the left, there is a large semi-circular window above the entrance group, complemented by a round porthole window in the triangular gable. The central part of the facade is decorated with a diamond-shaped window in the upper gable, which gives the building individuality and recognition.

The right part of the house includes an attached veranda with panoramic glazing, covered by a shed roof. White window frames and decorative elements create a bright accent against the background of brickwork. The architectural composition is complemented by two massive brick chimneys on the roof, which enhance the sense of tradition and solidity of the building.

The landscape design of the plot harmoniously complements the architecture: a paved path of natural stone, neatly trimmed shrubs of different heights and colors, a decorative lantern in the foreground — all this creates a cozy, well-thought-out environment around the house. The basement part of the building is faced with natural stone, which enhances the visual reliability of the structure and connection with the surrounding landscape.
