Elegant Mansion with Two-Level Veranda and Terracotta Facade

#6328. Elegant Mansion with Two-Level Veranda and Terracotta Facade

The presented mansion demonstrates an elegant combination of classical and local architectural traditions. The facade of the house is finished in a light beige shade that harmoniously contrasts with the bright terracotta tiled roof. The roof has a complex multi-pitched structure with characteristic triangular gables, giving the building a traditional appearance.

The spacious two-level veranda with elegant white railings, encompassing a significant portion of the main facade, deserves special attention. This element not only enriches the architectural composition but also creates an intermediate space between the house and the surrounding landscape. Symmetrically placed windows with vertical divisions emphasize the classical proportions of the building.

The central entrance is accentuated by an arch and dark doors, approached by a wide staircase with brick steps. The right wing of the house includes a garage space organically integrated into the overall composition. The landscape design with geometrically trimmed borders of evergreen plants, gravel pathways, and young ornamental trees creates an orderly frame for the architecture, emphasizing its status and elegance.

We redesign facades of cottages.
