#6407. Symmetrical Colonial Façade: White Mansion with Contrasting Shutters

Before us stands an elegant country mansion executed in a classic colonial style with modern interpretations. The façade of the house features a symmetrical composition with two characteristic triangular gables, creating a balanced architectural silhouette.

The main volume of the building is finished in light stucco, which contrasts beautifully with the blue-green window shutters. These shutters not only serve a decorative function but also emphasize the traditional character of the structure. Particular attention is drawn to the window frames with their fine glazing pattern, characteristic of colonial architecture.

The central part of the façade is accentuated by a small protruding portico with a dark entrance door. Above the entrance group are three second-floor windows, adorned with vibrant flower boxes displaying red blooms, which add a picturesque quality to the otherwise formal façade.

The roof is covered with multicolored tiles and features an elegant decorative weathervane at its ridge. The soft circular lawn in front of the house with a small fountain or sculpture at its center, as well as the trees surrounding the building, create a harmonious landscape ensemble that emphasizes the status and historical mood of the residence.
