Pristine White Facade of Coastal Villa with Terraced Landscape

#6305. Pristine White Facade of Coastal Villa with Terraced Landscape

Before us stands an exquisite coastal residence showcasing a contemporary interpretation of tropical style architecture. The building features a distinctive metal pitched roof in a copper hue, characteristic of regional design, which creates an elegant contrast with the pristine white walls of the facade.

The architectural composition of the house is built upon a combination of several volumes of varying heights, connected by a common roof with decorative ventilation cupolas. The central facade is accentuated by a tall clerestory with a row of windows that provide natural illumination to the interior spaces. A substantial wooden entry door is framed by stone masonry, adding textural contrast to the smooth stuccoed walls.

Particular attention is drawn to the terraced landscape design with stone steps leading to the entrance. Each terrace level is decorated with large light-colored planters, creating a rhythmic composition and softening the transition from the natural surroundings to the building's architecture. Lush tropical vegetation, including palm trees and flowering shrubs, harmoniously frames the structure, emphasizing its organic interaction with the local climate.

The mansion's facade is thoughtfully designed in terms of both functionality and aesthetics: large windows ensure an abundance of natural light and visual connection with the surrounding landscape, while overhangs and cornices provide protection from direct sunlight. The color scheme – a restrained palette of white, sand, and warm wooden tones – creates a sense of elegance and tranquility.

We develop facade projects for country houses.
