Before us stands an excellent example of classical American architecture in the Colonial style with neo-classical elements. This two-story brick residence features a symmetrical facade and an elegant portal, characteristic of the Georgian architectural tradition.
The facade is clad in red brick, giving the structure a traditional and substantial appearance. The central entrance is accentuated by an elegant portico with four white columns of classical order supporting a triangular pediment. In the tympanum of the pediment, an oval window brings additional light to the attic space and creates a vertical visual accent.
The entrance is particularly expressive thanks to the semi-circular arch above the door with fan-shaped glazing and decorative wrought iron. The first-floor window openings are adorned with contrasting dark blue shutters, enhancing the architectural articulation of the facade. A gray shingle roof with dormer windows completes the composition, giving the house its traditional American appearance.
The landscape design has been executed with special care: stepped brick retaining walls form terraces, while manicured shrubs in a regular layout emphasize the architectural geometry of the building. The entire composition creates an impression of harmonious unity between architecture and natural surroundings in the best traditions of the American country house.
