Before us stands a magnificent example of colonial architecture, presented in the form of an elegant neoclassical villa. The facade of the building is distinguished by refined symmetry and rich decorative elements. The central part features a semicircular bay window, crowned with an elegant balcony with white balustrade, creating a contrast with the main light yellow tone of the walls.
Special attention is drawn to the classical elements of the facade: Doric columns supporting the portico of the main entrance, decorative cornices, and stucco ornaments beneath the second-floor windows. The arched windows and doors of the first floor are framed with fine casings and create a rhythmic pattern throughout the building's perimeter. The facade is adorned with pilasters and cornices, giving the building solemnity and monumentality.
The central entrance is designed as a portico with a small canopy, approached by a wide staircase. Decorative lanterns are placed on both sides of the entrance, emphasizing the historical atmosphere. The surrounding tropical vegetation organically frames the architectural ensemble, creating the impression of a luxurious oasis. Palms and other exotic plants in pots on the steps and terrace form a natural transition between architecture and the natural landscape.
