Neoclassical mansion with copper mansard roof and symmetrical facade

#6185. Neoclassical mansion with copper mansard roof and symmetrical facade

The presented mansion demonstrates an elegant interpretation of neoclassical style with French influences. The building's facade features strict symmetry and refined proportions. The three-story structure is crowned with a mansard copper roof in a characteristic brownish-pink hue, giving the building an aristocratic appearance.

The central part of the facade is emphasized by a protruding portico with columns supporting the second-floor balcony with delicate wrought iron railings. The regular rhythm of large windows with small glazing bars ensures abundant natural lighting of interior spaces. The ground floor is marked by arched windows and doorways, creating a smooth transition to the landscape.

The color scheme of the facade is executed in warm beige tones, harmoniously combined with the copper roofing and surrounding greenery. Delicate architectural details, including cornices, window trims, and paired wall sconces, give the building a refined character without excessive decoration. The minimalist approach to ornamentation emphasizes the cleanliness of lines and tectonics of volumes.

The building is organically integrated into the landscape context, where greenery frames the architectural composition, softening the geometry of the structure and creating a dialogue between the man-made environment and natural surroundings.
