#6005. Majestic Stone Façade with Twin Towers: A Neo-Romanesque Example with Gothic Motifs

The image showcases a magnificent example of Neo-Romanesque architecture with Neo-Gothic elements. The building is constructed from massive light-colored stone blocks, giving it a monumental and substantial appearance.

The façade features a symmetrical composition with two distinctive towers on each side, crowned with pointed red roofs with decorative green elements. The central part of the building is highlighted by a gable with rich ornamental embellishments. Particularly striking is the five-arch gallery on the second floor with a balcony, supported by three arched openings on the ground floor where massive wooden doors are located.

The decorative treatment of the façade abounds with intricate details: ornamental inserts, bas-reliefs, circular rose windows, balustrades, and sculptural elements. Such attention to detail is characteristic of the historicism period of the late 19th century. The skillful combination of different architectural elements – steep roof slopes, contrast between rough stone and delicate decor, arched windows of various shapes – creates an expressive and memorable architectural image.
