Before us stands an excellent example of Art Nouveau architecture from the early 20th century. The façade is constructed of red brick, creating a striking contrast with the white decorative elements. The central accent of the composition is an impressive circular window-portal, framed by an elegant white arch with a keystone.
On either side of the central window are two smaller circular windows (œil-de-bœuf), also framed with white décor, creating a symmetrical composition. Below the central window is a small balcony with delicate wrought iron railings, adorned with geometric patterns characteristic of the Art Nouveau style.
The façade is richly decorated with stucco work — relief panels with floral ornaments are placed under the side windows. The upper part is adorned with a decorative cornice with brackets. The window frames have preserved their original division, typical for the era, emphasizing the building's authenticity.
The combination of strict symmetry with the fluid lines of Art Nouveau, as well as the contrasting use of materials, make this façade a striking example of European architecture from the beginning of the last century, when the functionality of buildings was necessarily complemented by expressive artistic design.
