Before us is a magnificent example of Art Nouveau style in the building facade architecture. Particular attention is drawn to the exquisite green decor against the light background of brickwork. The facade is organized symmetrically, with four window openings on the upper floor and four on the lower.
The upper row of windows has a simple rectangular shape with a semi-circular completion, adorned with fine crosspieces. Between the windows is an ornamental floral element. Around the perimeter of the upper part of the facade runs a decorative frieze with a geometric Greek pattern in turquoise-blue tones.
The lower row of windows is framed by rich stucco decoration with flowing plant motifs characteristic of Art Nouveau. Especially expressive are the window panels with relief floral compositions and curved window frames. The central elements between pairs of windows are designed as stylized medallions.
The color scheme of the facade is built on the contrast of light brick and rich green decorative elements, creating a fresh and harmonious impression. The decoration also includes small colored inserts in the form of ornamental tiles with cross-shaped patterns around the lower windows.
