Before us is a striking example of modernist architecture with a strong influence of Catalan Art Nouveau. The façade displays a rich decorative program characteristic of the Art Nouveau era of the early 20th century. The main composition is built on the contrast between light-colored plastered walls and vibrant blue ceramic elements.
The upper part of the façade is adorned with a decorative cornice with protruding beams finished in a blue and beige color scheme. Particularly noteworthy is the central balcony on the second floor with bright blue metal railings, decorated with flower pots, which creates a picturesque accent and adds a residential character to the building.
The façade is abundantly decorated with ceramic tiles featuring geometric and floral motifs that form expressive blue stripes and ornamental inserts. The arched windows on the ground floor and the semi-circular windows of the upper tier with wooden louvered shutters give the building a Mediterranean character, while decorative star-shaped elements arranged around the perimeter of the central arched window on the second floor create a rhythmic ornamental band.
The mosaic elements of the lower part of the façade with a contrasting combination of blue and beige ceramics form a complex texture characteristic of Gaudí's style. The overall composition of the façade is balanced by vertical elements accentuated by blue ceramic inserts, which visually elongate the building and give it a more impressive appearance.
