#5367. Elegant Italian Facade: Mansion with Renaissance Motifs and Terracotta Roofing

Before us stands an impressive mansion in Italian style, inspired by Renaissance architecture. The building features an elegant symmetrical facade made of light-colored stone or stucco, which beautifully contrasts with the Mediterranean-style terracotta tile roof.

The central entrance is accentuated by a graceful portal with decorative molding and an arched crown, approached by a wide staircase. On both sides of the entrance are classical urns with floral arrangements that add refinement to the facade. The first floor is adorned with a rhythmic row of arched windows with decorative casings, as well as a balustrade stretching across the front facade.

The mansard roof is complemented by characteristic semi-circular dormer windows that harmoniously fit into the overall composition. The side wings of the building with separate roofs create a balanced silhouette for the entire mansion. Decorative elements, including cornices with modillions and fine stucco work, demonstrate attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.

The overall impression of the facade is enhanced by the surrounding landscape: a well-maintained lawn, an elegant pathway, and shrubs with bright flowers framing the building, as well as mature trees creating a natural frame for this architectural masterpiece.
