#5294. Stone façade of a neoclassical mansion with semicircular portico

This majestic mansion represents an excellent example of stone architecture with neoclassical elements. The façade is entirely clad in rustic natural stone in various shades—from ochre to grayish-brown—creating a rich textural surface that emphasizes the solidity of the structure.

The central accent of the façade is an elegant semicircular portico with classical white columns supporting a curved canopy. This architectural element harmoniously complements the arched window above the entrance door, creating an expressive composition. The entryway features a honey-golden wooden door with glazing, flanked by narrow sidelights.

The upper tier of the building is crowned with a white cornice with dentils (tooth-like ornamental elements), creating an elegant contrast with the rough stone texture. Symmetrically placed windows with white frames and blinds add rhythm to the composition. The right side of the house features an attached terrace with a balustrade that extends the living space.

The landscaping of the plot with neat shrubbery and climbing plants at the base of the house organically complements the architectural concept, softening the monumentality of the stone façade and creating a transition between the structure and the surrounding nature.
