#5183. Corner Art Deco Brick Façade with Golden Vertical Accents

This is a magnificent example of an Art Deco style building, executed in the characteristic geometric aesthetic of this architectural movement. The façade is crafted from red brick with a pronounced central vertical element in golden tones, creating a striking accent on the symmetrical composition.

The architectural solution demonstrates an exquisite balance between horizontal and vertical lines. The central risalit with vertical golden elements contrasts with the rounded corner sections of the building, where balconies with elegant metal railings are located. These smooth semicircular forms are a distinctive feature of modernist Art Deco, bringing dynamism to the overall composition.

The brickwork creates an interesting play of textures: rhythmic horizontal stripes in the lower part of the façade alternate with more uniform surfaces of the upper floors. Doors painted in bright red serve as additional accents, enlivening the façade. The crowning cornice with characteristic stepped outlines completes the composition, emphasizing the stepped geometry so typical of Art Deco.

The building has a symmetrical plan with a corner composition characteristic of commercial structures from the first half of the 20th century, maximizing the use of the corner plot and creating an expressive architectural object visible from different sides of the street.
