#4975. Yellow Art Nouveau Facade with Rich Stucco Ornamentation

The image shows a fragment of a facade of a historical building in the Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) style from the late 19th - early 20th century. The facade is painted in an ochre-yellow color, which is characteristic of many buildings from this era. The architectural composition demonstrates a rich decorative language with expressive plasticity.

The upper tier of the facade is adorned with elegant stucco elements featuring floral ornaments. Vertical pilasters with decorative capitals divide the wall surface, creating a rhythmic structure. Under the cornice, there is a row of small decorative elements that complement the composition.

The lower tier features more elaborate decor. The central element is an arched composition with a mascaron (decorative mask) and complex floral ornament. Symmetrically placed windows are framed with modest casings, creating a contrast with the rich stucco work between them.

The window openings have different treatments: some windows are open with visible light curtains, while one of the lower windows is equipped with a brown roller shutter. This combination demonstrates the contemporary use of a historical building while preserving its authentic exterior finish.
