#4943. Historic facade with arched window and rich sgraffito decoration

The image showcases a magnificent example of a neoclassical or possibly baroque facade with rich decorative elements. The architectural composition is centered around an elegant arched window with a semicircular top, divided into sections by white window frames.

The facade features exquisite ornamentation: the upper section, executed in terracotta-red and white tones, is adorned with numerous sgraffito or stucco decorations featuring botanical and geometric motifs. Particularly impressive is the contrast between the reddish-brown background and the white ornamental elements, creating a sophisticated play of light and shadow.

The architectural plasticity of the facade demonstrates meticulous attention to detail: the frieze above the window, decorative panels with vertical compositions on the sides, elegant cornices forming horizontal articulations of the facade. Below the window, a relief cartouche with decorative elements can be observed, harmoniously completing the composition. Such richness of decor is characteristic of prestigious buildings from the 18th-19th centuries, possibly a palace or significant public structure.
