The presented building is a magnificent example of eclectic architecture with rich decorative facade elements. The structure demonstrates a mixture of several historical styles characteristic of the late 19th - early 20th century.
The facade is clearly divided into several levels with varying artistic design. The ground floor is constructed of dark green stone with a central arched entrance flanked by storefronts in wooden frames of a red-orange color. Decorative elements in the form of garlands and masks add particular expressiveness.
The second level features an elegant balcony with a balustrade supported by decorative brackets. The walls here are faced with light-colored brickwork in a clear pattern, creating a contrast with the lower tier.
The central element of the third level is a graceful bay window with a turquoise metal frame and large windows—a characteristic element of Art Nouveau. On either side are niches with sculptural figures, framed by decorative columns and arches.
The upper part of the facade is adorned with a frieze featuring faded but still discernible frescoes and decorative elements. The composition is crowned by a mansard level with dormer windows and exquisite pediments.
Despite showing signs of age and some deterioration, the building retains its architectural value as a striking representative of European urban development from the late 19th century, where elements of Art Nouveau, Neoclassicism, and Baroque converge.
