Elegant Mediterranean Façade with Neoclassical Elements

#453. Elegant Mediterranean Façade with Neoclassical Elements

Before us stands an exquisite two-story house in Mediterranean style with neoclassical elements. The façade features an elegant asymmetrical composition, which gives it a special expressiveness and dynamism. The main finish is executed in warm beige tones using stucco, which is characteristic of Mediterranean architecture.

The terracotta tile roof with wide eaves and decorative brackets deserves special attention, emphasizing the Mediterranean character of the structure. The façade is rich with architectural details: semi-circular arched windows, decorative columns, and balustrades on the second-floor balconies create a sense of luxury and solidity.

The left part of the façade is distinguished by a rounded bay window with three arched windows, serving as the dominant element of the composition. The right side of the second floor is adorned with an elegant balcony with a balustrade. Harmoniously integrated into the overall composition, the garage with dark brown doors creates a pleasant contrast with the main tone of the walls.

The landscaping with neatly trimmed shrubs and tropical plants, including palm trees, emphasizes the resort aesthetics of the building. The paved driveway made of light-colored stone adds completeness to the exterior. The "Model Open" sign indicates that this is a demonstration house, likely part of an upscale residential complex.
