Elegant Mediterranean Villa Façade on a Mountain Slope

#3526. Elegant Mediterranean Villa Façade on a Mountain Slope

The photograph showcases a luxurious Mediterranean-style residence picturesquely situated on a mountainside. The home's architecture demonstrates an elegant combination of various volumes and façade solutions characteristic of a Southern European villa.

The façade features warm sandy and terracotta-colored stucco finishes that harmonize beautifully with the surrounding mountain landscape. The right wing of the building is designed in light beige tones with large French windows in golden-hued wooden frames, creating a sense of spaciousness and light. The central section of the building has a richer terracotta color and is complemented by a balcony with stone balustrades, adding a vertical accent to the composition.

The architect paid special attention to details: a sloped roof with tiles, a geometrically shaped chimney, elegant moldings under the cornices, numerous bay windows and projecting elements that enrich the plasticity of the façade, creating an expressive play of light and shadow. Doors and window frames are made of natural wood, emphasizing the ecological concept of the structure.

The landscape design organically complements the architectural ensemble. A stone terrace with a small jacuzzi pool, framed by comfortable loungers, creates an ideal space for relaxation with mountain views. Flowering shrubs, particularly the bright red bougainvillea, frame part of the façade, adding picturesqueness to the composition.
