Before us is a beautiful example of Art Nouveau architecture from the early 20th century, with its characteristic flowing lines and natural motifs. The building's facade showcases elements typical of this style: an elegant balcony with metalwork railings crafted in curved, fluid forms reminiscent of plant tendrils.
Particular attention is drawn to the decorative elements of the facade with floral motifs – exquisite stucco work depicting hydrangeas or hortensia flowers positioned above the window and along the sides. These floral elements are rendered in delicate light tones with greenish leaves against a pastel-pink wall.
The building's expressiveness is enhanced by a yellow fabric canopy supported by metal posts – a characteristic functional element that is not devoid of decorative quality. Below the balcony, sculptural elements with volutes and ornamental motifs are visible, emphasizing the plasticity and organic nature of the facade.
The window openings with shutters are harmoniously integrated into the overall composition. Despite some signs of age on the facade (slight damage to the plaster is noticeable), the building maintains its architectural integrity and the charm of the Art Nouveau era with its aspiration to synthesize functionality and aesthetics.
