Before us stands a contemporary urban building with an expressive terracotta façade. The three-story volume has a clear cubic form and is clad in horizontal panels of a warm brick-orange hue, creating a rhythmic geometric texture across the entire façade.
The façade is organized according to a strict symmetrical scheme with two horizontal bands of panoramic glazing occupying a significant portion of the second and third floors. The dark aluminum window frames contrast with the warm tone of the cladding, emphasizing the modern character of the architecture. The large glass surfaces not only provide abundant natural light to the interior spaces but also reflect the surrounding vegetation, integrating the building into its natural context.
The ground floor is designed with a transparent approach using glass and thin vertical elements, creating a sense of lightness at the base of the entire structure. The entrance area is framed by light concrete supports forming a semi-transparent screen that simultaneously separates and connects the private space of the building with the public space of the street.
The minimalist landscape solution with low-growing plants and a neat metal fence harmoniously complements the architectural composition. The tall existing trees on either side of the building create a natural framing, softening the geometric rigor of the architectural volume and emphasizing its vertical rhythm.
